New at Snow Mountain Ranch!

Summer is always an exciting time at Snow Mountain Ranch. There are families and groups all over property, smiling as they spin down the summer tubing hill, high-fiving after climbing to the top of the climbing wall, cheering after zip lining for the first time, and so much more. It’s easy to schedule a day, totally full of activities. We’re making that even easier this summer with a few new additions.

This year, Snow Mountain Ranch is excited to announce that we now have electric bikes through Thunderbolt Peak Electric Bikes! They are located in the building next to the mini golf course. Electric bikes are like regular bicycles, only better, says Thunderbolt Peak.

On an electric bike, you can pedal normally (or not), and get assistance up to 20 MPH. It gives you the freedom to go farther and faster, without getting too sweaty. You’re empowered to conquer hills and headwinds with ease. Best of all, if you know how to ride a bike, you know how to ride an electric bike.

This summer, we’re completing Phase Two of our Family Adventure Park. The summer tubing hill was the first phase of this project. The second phase includes our dog park, which opened last summer, and the Spruce Saddle Adventure Zone.

The Spruce Saddle Adventure Zone includes a VIP swing, small zip line, twisted log ladder, climbing wall, climbing structures and so much more! Stay tuned for updates about the grand opening.

On Saturdays after our dog sledding presentation, we will have “Hanging with Huskies.” This program is an opportunity to meet our dog sledding team, and to play with them in our new dog park!

Rocky the Rainbow Trout is back this summer! Catch our tagged fish, Rocky the Rainbow Trout, and win a two night stay in Indian Peaks Lodge! All you have to do is pose for a photo with Rocky, and bring the photo to the Programs Building. Please release Rocky after posing for a photo. Once Rocky has been caught, the contest is over, but feel free to take a picture with him anyway!
