Become a Facilitator!
YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Rocks & Ropes team this summer. Enjoy rock climbing, adventure activities and have a passion for customer service? We would love to have you join the team. We have high expectations for Rocks and Ropes facilitators in regards to safety and regulations. All staff are involved in certification training prior to the start of the season. Facilitators must be confident in intense situations that are associated with Adventure Activities and have great customer service. Staff facilitate family programs and private groups through 1 1/2 hour to 3 hour sessions. Experience in climbing and adventure activities is highly preferred.

- To deliver programs of the highest quality by providing a work force that is highly competent and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
- To provide fun adventure activities for families in a comfortable and safe environment

On Grounds & Off Grounds positions available. Outdoor education instructors can live on grounds in a staff dorm, eat 3 meals a day in our dining halls and receive a stipend.
