The Watoto Children’s choir from Uganda will perform in Hyde Chapel at Estes Park Center on Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00 pm.  This concert is free to the public, with a love offering after the performance. The Watoto Children’s choir is comprised of 21 children and young people ages 9-15.  The choir raises awareness of the plight of 2,000,000 children in Uganda who have been left parentless as a result of war and disease.  Funds raised help provide housing, food, clothing and an education for thousands of Ugandan children. Let’s face it: family vacations are awesome, but sometimes parents need an evening to themselves.  To help parents and kids get the most out of their summer evenings, we are offering Evening Camp on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the summer months for kids ages 3-10 years old.  The cost is $15 per child, which covers activities such as camp games, crafts, mini-golf and special programs and performances.
